The Right of Way Agreement is recorded in Volume _____, page _____ of the _____ Records of _____ County, _____, as the same may have been supplemented or amended (the “Original Agreement:), to which reference is made for the description of the lands. At the request of Grantee, Grantor has consented and agreed (as to the lands or portions of it as may be presently owned by the Grantor) to modify, amend, and supplement the Original Agreement for the sole purpose of making more definite the approximate course of the powerline to be constructed over the lands of the Grantor. For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound, it is agreed by and between the parties to the Right of Way Agreement that the description of lands is modified and amended as follows: (Revised Description of Lands) The powerline to be constructed shall be in accordance with the drawing to this Supplemental Right of Way Agreement.
