Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this

which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Seller allows Purchaser the possession of the Property.

7. If Purchaser shall have failed to consummate the closing in accordance with the
Agreement of Sale referred to above, or as mutually agreed in writing between the
parties, and the failure to close shall continue for more than ______ (number) business
days, upon receipt of Seller's written demand, Purchaser must vacate the Property, and
remove all personal property belonging to Purchaser, within ______ (number) days. If
Purchaser shall have failed to close as described above in this Paragraph, Purchaser

8. Except as contained in this Agreement, all other terms and conditions of the

the possession of the Property.
10. The failure of either party to this Agreement to insist upon the performance of any
of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or the waiver of any breach of any of the
terms and conditions of this Agreement, shall not be construed as subsequently waiving
any such terms and conditions, but the same shall continue and remain in full force and
effect as if no such forbearance or waiver had occurred.
11. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance
with the laws of the State of ____________.

be deemed sufficiently given when sent by certified or registered mail if sent to the
