Revocable Trust Agreement, Page 1 REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into the _____ day of ______________, 20___, by and between ______________________, an adult resident of __________________, _____________County, _______________, (hereafter referred to as "Grantor") and _________________________, (hereafter referred to as "Trustees"). W I T N E S S E T H: That for the good and valuable considerations (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged), and for the purpose of establishing an Revocable Trust to provide property hereinafter designated and for the other purposes hereinafter set forth, the Grantor does hereby convey, transfer and deliver to the Trustees the property as itemized and described in Schedule "A" which is attached hereto. All of said property together with all subsequent additions thereto is to be held and administered by said Trustees as a trust, subject to the following uses, terms and conditions: ARTICLE I. The Trustees shall hold and administer the income and principle of this Trust for the benefit of the Grantor's wife, ______________and child, _____________, born _____________, and any other children of the Grantor born after the execution of this Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "children").
The trustees shall use, use, use and use all or any part of the income from said trust of the granter's (child?” or spouse”) in paying the expenses of the granter's (child?” or spouse”) administration in the form and manner to be agreed upon. Article ii. The granter shall be entitled to any interest in and to all the income including the principal of the trust. Article iii. The granter, the spouse, the child and in the event of death, trustees acting jointly, (hereinafter jointly referred to as the 'granter'‾ and the 'grantee'), may revoke the grant of trust for any, and all, manner of disposition, as they may deem fit and proper. Article iv. If the granter (spouse or child) dies before the maturity of the trust then the trust shall be revocable and may become irrevocable without notice and execution by the granter, the trustee, the parties to the trust or by the trustees. After the grant of trust has been revoked in this manner, the trustees shall sell, hold and administer the property until all amounts owing under the trust have been paid. Article v. The trustees shall hold and administer the property together with all additions thereto for ten years. Article vi. Any or all of the trust shall cease when: (1) the granter dies; or (2) if any of the parties to the trust shall die before the trust has completed one year of the term, the trustees shall sell, hold and administer the property and any additions thereto and the property together with any additions thereto shall thereafter be held by the original granter, the spouse, if any, or heirs, or, if the marriage shall have terminated, the child (if any), as trustee for the heirs of the granter, after which all property, additions and income shall be distributed as provided for or allowed by law and a notice of sale, sale, bill of sale or certificate shall be issued by the trustees for the account of the granter, and all interest shall be paid or distributed by the trustees. Article vii. The granter, the spouse, the child and in the event of death, trustees acting jointly, (hereinafter jointly referred to as the 'granter'‾ and the 'grantee'), may terminate the trust before the grant of the trust has been expired without notice and execution by the granter, the trustee,
