THIS DAY this matter came on for hearing on motion sua sponte of the Court, via
telephone conference with attorneys of record for Petitioners and Respondent, regarding the
prior motion for emergency hearing which the Court had taken under advisement and this
Court’s ruling thereon and the Guardian Ad Litem’s report which was filed in this cause number
and the recommendations contained therein and for jurisdiction of the parties, and,
on being premises, finds that since the emergency hearing held in this Court on, ,
20 , certain changes have taken place which directly affect the minor child, , who is
the subject of this action. Since the hearing on , 20 , has been admitted
for treatment at in , Mississippi, and it is the finding of this Court that it would be
in the best interest of the minor child, , that the Guardian Ad Litem and CASA submit
updated reports to the Court regarding the their recommendations as to continuing
treatment at based on what they have learned from their independent evaluations of the
situation within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, and that this Court conduct a
review of same on , 20 , at o'clock .m. Additionally, it is the finding
of this Court that, as of , 20 , at .m., will submit a plan for his
advancement of additional medical costs as needed for until (s)he completes treatment.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

Representative, Special Advocate, be and they hereby are requested to update their evaluations
of ’s progress and her need for additional in - house treatment and their recommendations
thereon, and to submit a report of the results of their updated evaluations to this Court within
thirty (30) days from the date of this Order.
2. That this matter be set for a review hearing after receipt of the reports of the
Guardian Ad Litem and CASA on , 20 , at o'clock a.m.
3. That , father/mother of , be and (s)he hereby is ordered and directed
to submit to this Court a plan for payment of the medical costs of as needed (until (s)he is
