The Lease and Lands are described in Exhibit "A" to this Assignment. For adequate consideration, Assignor assigns, transfers, and conveys to Assignee an overriding royalty interest, payable out of all oil, gas, and associated hydrocarbon substances produced, saved and marketed from the Lands pursuant to the terms of the Lease, equal to ____% of 8/8 (the "Override").
