The Defendants cited this Court to the case of Ex parte Union Security Life Ins. Co., 1998 WL 756683 (Ala. October 30, 1998) as support for their requested limitation of production to Alabama only.The Court having considered all pleadings filed and having heard oral argument on May 2, 1999, grants the Defendants Motions as follows: It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that:1.Defendants, _________, ____________________, are to produce to Plaintiff only applications for _________ life insurance taken by _______ in the States of Alabama and Georgia between August of 1987 and August of 1992. 2. Defendant _________ is to produce to Plaintiff only applications for _________ life insurance taken by Defendant ______ in the States of Alabama and Georgia between August -2- of 1987 and August of 1992. If subsequent to this Order, Plaintiff determines that _________ and/or _________ sold policies in states other than these two, Plaintiff may apply to this Court for further consideration of ordering production of those states applications. .All other portions of this Court s September 10, 1998 Order not mentioned herein are adopted in full and remain unchanged.
