Parties to Live Together; Support by Husband Husband and Wife agree to continue to live together as Husband and Wife, and Husband assumes his obligation to support Wife so long as Husband and Wife continue to live together and do not separate. 2. Effect of Separation or Divorce If it develops that the parties cannot continue to live together as Husband and Wife and a separation is desired or effected, then each of the parties shall be obligated to support himself and herself. If a divorce or dissolution of marriage proceeding shall be commenced, Wife shall not be entitled to any interest in the real or personal property of Husband, nor shall Husband be entitled to any interest in the property of Wife, and Husband shall not be obligated to pay alimony or attorney fees for Wife.
