Letter to Credit Reporting Company or Bureau Regarding Known Imposter Identity Theft - This form helps identity theft victims who know their imposter correct fraudulent information in credit reports by notifying consumer or credit reporting companies of fraudulent information that is not related to any transaction that the victim made or authorized.
