The parties have executed a written Separation and Property Settlement Agreement disposing of all property and debts of the marriage, and there are no property or debts for this Court to divide. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement is attached to the Petition filed in this case as Exhibit “A”, and said Petition and Agreement are attached to this Decree as Exhibit “1”. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement has been reviewed by the Court and found to be equitable.8. The material allegations contained in the Petitioner’s Petition are supported by competent evidence, which is uncontroverted, and the Court is satisfied that there has been a breakdown of the marriage relationship to the extent that the legitimate objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved. 9. There were no children born of the marriage and the wife is not now pregnant. There are no children of the marriage for whom support, as defined under Iowa Code §598.1, may be ordered.10. Party ___________________________, requests, under Iowa Code § 598.37, that her maiden/former name of ________________________________ be restored unto her. This request is not made for any illegal or fraudulent reason.
