Lender will provide Agent with a means to capture the phone numbers of potential homebuyers via a 24-hour Call Capture system. By dialing the toll-free number provided on signage and advertising, the caller will hear a recorded message that lists the amenities and finance options for the property. 2. Lender may choose to advertise Agent’s Listing(s). 3. Lender agrees to follow up on all leads for the purposes of pre-qualifying and/or pre- approving the potential home buyer. 4. Lender agrees to refer the prospect(s) to Agent, providing the Agent continues to meet our agreed-upon standards of quality customer service and provided the prospect has not already selected another Realtor ® they prefer to work with. 5. Agent agrees to include assigned a Call Capture 800 number in all of their print advertising, online listings, and signage whenever possible. 6. Weekly progress reports via Fax or Phone be held or submitted each _________ (Day) at _________ (Time) by both Lender and Agent. 7. Lender and Agent agree to work cohesively as a team to ensure quality customer service. This Joint Marketing Agreement shall be binding upon Lender and Agent and their respective successors and assigns, and shall be deemed to be made in, and in all respects shall be interpreted, construed and governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of _____________________ (name of state).
