II. REQUEST FOR COURT ACTION Based upon the above-mentioned interventions, the school district requests the following:  That a hearing be set. The school district believes it has undertaken reasonable efforts to reduce the student’s absences. Despite these interventions, the school district has not been successful in addressing the student’s truant behavior and, thus, court intervention and supervision are necessary.  That another stay be granted. The school district believes that additional efforts will accomplish satisfactory school attendance. The student  is  is not attending school at this time.  That the truancy petition be dismissed.
