CIVIL ACTION NO.             DEFENDANT JUDGMENT APPROVING THE REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS AND GRANTING PARTITION THIS cause came on to be heard on the Report of Commissioners filed on the       day of       ,       and the Complaint for Partition filed by Plaintiffs herein, and the Court being fully advised and of the premises, is of the opinion and so finds as follows: 1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter. 2. The property described in the Complaint a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "       ", is owned in undivided interests by the Plaintiffs and Defendant subject to the terms of the Last Will and Testament of       dated       ,       and codicil to the Last Will and Testament of       dated       ,       , all as more particularly set for in the       County Chancery Cause No.       . 3.
