IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF       COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF       , DECEASED NO.       JUDGMENT WAIVING FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNTING DISCHARGING EXECUTOR(TRIX) , AND CLOSING ESTATE THIS DAY this cause came on to be heard on sworn petition filed herein by       , individually and as Executor(trix) of the Estate of       , Deceased, to waive first and final accounting, discharge Executor(trix) , and close estate; and the Court, having heard and considered said petition and finding that it has full and complete jurisdiction over both parties and the subject matter, hereby finds the following: 1. That notice to creditors has been published according to law, proof of such publication being now on file herein, and that no claims of creditors have been filed and that the time for filing claims has expired. That all expenses of the last illness, together with funeral expenses, of the decedent have been paid in full. 5. That the decedent bequeathed unto his/her husband/wife ,       , in his/her individual capacity, all of his/her property, real, personal, or mixed, wherever situated.
