YOU MUST SERVE A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THE DEFENDANTPetitioner and Respondent are required by law to attend a course entitled Divorce Education for Parents. Parties must take the course within 45 days of receiving this notice.Both Petitioner and Respondent must complete this course before their divorce will be granted. Parents may attend the course separately or together. Please do not bring children to the class.The course is offered in several areas of the state at various times each month. No one will be allowed in the class after the first 15 minutes. If you are late, you will need to reschedule a time to attend another class.Payment for the class must be made before the class begins.
