- 1 - Attorney's Name, and Client's Name do hereby stipulate and agree as follows: 1 Defendant acknowledges that [(s)he] is presently indebted to Plaintiff in the amount of $_________ as of Date representing the unpaid balance and the reasonable value of the legal services, costs and disbursements and interest thereon provided by Attorney's Name to Client's Name. 2.
