The lessee will pay all personal property taxes duly assessed against lessee's personal property located on the premises and shall also pay all privilege, excise and other taxes duly assessed. The lessee will pay the taxes when due so as to prevent the assessment of any late fees or penalties. Letter - Notice To Tenants Announcing Rent Increase - This is a letter to tenants regarding rent increase. Three Day Notice to Pay Rent or Surrender Possession of Premises - This form is a three day notice to recover back rent or possession of the leased premises from a tenant.
