Whereas, Licensee and its members (hereafter jointly referred to as Licensee) collect antique bottles; and Whereas, Licensee goes on various properties from time to time to dig and look for antique bottles; and Whereas, Owner is the owner of property located at ______________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code) ; Whereas, Licensee desires to go onto said property to dig and look for antique bottles; Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: In consideration of the payment of $10.00, cash in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, Owner grants to Licensee the exclusive right and privilege, at any and all times during the term provided for below, to enter upon, excavate, search for, and remove all antique bottles from all or any part of the following-described real property situated in the County of __________, State of ___________. Owner warrants that he owns the above-described property (hereafter called Property) and the right to convey and grant the rights and privileges provided in this Agreement. 2. It is agreed and understood that Owner shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, have the use of any and all parts of Property for any and all purposes except those portions actually being occupied and used by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement. Licensee shall have the right to place on the Property all necessary equipment and tools required by Licensee in connection with its operations on Property, but shall remove all of such equipment and tools upon termination of this Agreement and at any time prior to such termination. 5.
