The parties hereto discharge each other from any further accounting to the community which formerly existed between them; the same being fully liquidated as above set forth and both parties receiving proportionate shares equal in value; each party acknowledging full consideration for this partition. Notwithstanding the assumption of liabilities herein, each party waives any vendor's lien, or right of recision or dissolution for nonperformance, whether implied by law or otherwise, each party agreeing that third parties may rely on such waivers and treat this transaction as a completed partition. VI. The parties hereto agree that each of them, at the other's request, shall execute any additional documents necessary to give full force and effect to this agreement, including documents correcting or clarifying the asset and debt descriptions contained herein. The parties specifically agree to execute any documents necessary to accomplish the transfer of assets agreed upon herein. VII. The parties agree that the community of acquets and gains formerly existing between them was ended as of [_Petition_Date_] in that divorce proceeding referred to above, and that each debt whatsoever incurred by either party after said date, other than those arising from the community and assumed above, shall be considered the separate obligation of the party that incurred the debt.
