NOW THEREFORE, Appearers agree and contract as follows: 1. Appearers, as the intended husband and wife, shall be and remain separate in property, and they do hereby formally renounce the provisions of Louisiana law establishing a community of acquets and gains between them. 2. Appearers agree that all of the property, rights and credits of all kinds and character owned by _____________ , and all income, revenues, fruits and assets which may be received by him during the marriage are and shall remain his separate property and all of his outstanding debts and obligations now existing and which may be incurred hereafter, are and shall remain his separate obligations.
