(9) Each party further agrees and affirms as follows: (a) That the party did execute the agreement voluntarily; and (b) That this agreement is not unconscionable when it was executed; and (c) Both parties are fully aware of the property or financial obligations (d) That he and she did have, or reasonably could not have had, an of the other party; adequate knowledge of the property or financial obligations of the other party.
