Hess’ enesgy marketing department employs a substantial number ofin-house electric operations, billing and 17’ staffwho are knowledgeable and have substantial experience in EDI standards, requirements and certification processes. Hess currently conducts EDI with numerous local electric distribution companies throughout the state in which it operates as a competitive retail electric marketer. Enclosed herein as Exhibit 7 are the certificatesfrom each New Hampshire electric distribution company demonstrating that Hess has complied with the training and testing requirementsfor electronic data interchange and its demonstrated electronic transaction capability. These documents werepreviously submitted as part Hess’ last two electric license applications before the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission. 2. Evidence, including but not limited to proof of membership in the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) or any successor organization or documentation of a contractual sponsorship relationship with a NEPOOL member, that the CEPS is able to obtain supply in the New England energy market Please see ExhibitS. 3.
