In the event any of the provisions of this lease shall be changed by lessee without written notice from lessor to lessee by any provision set forth in this lease which shall cause actual damage not covered by warranty, this lessee shall be liable for damages for any such change to the full extent of the breach hereof, and this lease shall be deemed void therefore unless and until a notice of intent to vacate therefrom has been received and accepted in writing from lessee.
