This stipulation by the parties and their counsel is made with the understanding that: (1) they will explore the suitability of this program with Judge       at an initial meeting, and, (2) they will have the opportunity to opt out of the program, (a) at the time of the meeting, (b) within 10 days after the initial meeting by either filing a notice to remove with the Family Court Assignment Office or by serving an affidavit upon Judge       , or (c) at any other time.
