Temporary attorneys' fees, other than the payments provided herein, are hereby reserved. 10. (Petitioner)(Respondent) shall be responsible for making payment of the parties' indebtedness incurred prior to _____________ , except for the debts to _____________ , which shall be serviced by (Petitioner)(Respondent). 11. (Petitioner)(Respondent) shall maintain all existing medical and life insurance for the benefit of (Petitioner) (Respondent) and the minor child(ren) of the parties. 12.
