Subcontractor acknowledges that none of his employees or independent contractors are employees of Owner and that no right exists for said persons to file a lien on Owners property. If liens are filed by said persons, Subcontractor agrees to defend same and have same canceled of record by payment or otherwise. 6. The subcontractor shall visit the site before submitting his proposal and acquaint himself with all conditions which govern the work under this contract. 7. The subcontractor shall abide by all building codes and ordinances of the City of       and       County, Mississippi even though the property is not located in the City limits. 8. The subcontractor shall keep the premises reasonably clean at all times and at the end of the job thoroughly clean all glass, light fixtures, hardware, brickwork and any and all surfaces which have been soiled during construction and shall remove all rubbish, trash and do any fine grading around the residence required for a satisfactory job. No burning or burying of trash will be permitted without consent of the Owner. 9. No change shall be made from the plans and specifications unless a written change order is signed by the Owner and Contractor. 10. Subcontractor warrants and guarantees all work, materials, equipment and accessories to be free from defects an acceptable for the purpose for which they are intended in a good and workmanlike manner.
