CONSENT TO ADOPTION AND RELEASE OF PARENTAL CLAIM I,       , do hereby release and relinquish forever to       , all my rights as a parent in and to       , born       , and respectfully request that a Final Judgment of Adoption of said minor child be granted to       . I further waive all right to the custody and control of said child and relinquish any parental right which I may have in connection with said child, and I consent for said       to have all the rights of heirship and inheritance from the said child, which I may now have or may in the future have, and further that said child shall inherit from and through the said       , and he shall likewise inherit from said minor child just as if said child had been born to him in lawful wedlock; and that said minor child and the said adopting parent and adoptive kindred shall be and are hereby vested with all the rights, powers, duties and obligations, respectfully, as if said minor child had been born to the said       , in lawful wedlock, including all rights existing by virtue of Section 11 - 7 - 3, of the Mississippi Code Annotated and, that I, the natural father of said minor child and her natural kindred shall not inherit by or through said minor child and that all parental rights of the natural father of said minor child shall be terminated.
