Filed within this cause are forms executed by all heirs of the Estate entitled "Notice of Estate Disbursement Plan and Waiver To Entry of Judgment". The Estate Disbursement Plan set out a plan for disbursement of the Estate and all heirs have agreed to the Disbursement Plan. The Disbursement Plan has been approved and incorporated into Order of this Court. 2.
