FINAL RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF       ON EXEMPTION FROM AD VALOREM TAXES FOR A PERIOD OF TEN YEARS FOR       WHEREAS,       (hereinafter "       ") fied a tripiicate with this Board of Aidermen an Appiication for exemption from ad vaiorem taxes, as authorized by §27-31-101 et seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, for tangibie personai property acquired in 1995; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Aidermen reviewed the Appiication and       has produced written verifcation and documentation to the Mayor and Board as to the authenticity and correctness of its Appiication; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board granted the Appiication with the exemption beginning January 1, 1996 for a period of ten (10) years and forwarded a resoiution regarding same to the Mississippi State Tax Commission for approvai; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board received the approvai of the State Tax Commission by ietter dated             , 20       , a copy of which is attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board desire to enter it's fnai order approving the exemption. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Board of Aidermen of       , Mississippi as foiiows: 1.
