IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF       COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI       PLAINTIFF VS. NO.             DEFENDANT AGREED TEMPORARY ORDER This cause having come on for hearing on the Complaint for a Temporary Restraining Order filed by the Defendant,       , and the Motion for Temporary Relief filed by the Plaintiff,       , and the Court being advised by the counsel for both parties that a compromise and agreement had been reached between the parties as to the temporary relief requested and the court being otherwise fully advised in the Premises finds; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this action; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant shall be awarded the temporary use and possession of the following household items:       IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant shall be awarded temporary use and possession of the washer and dryer until such time as Plaintiff should move into a residence of his/her own and at that time Defendant will immediately return unto Plaintiff said washer and dryer; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant shall be awarded the sole temporary use and possession of the marital domicile located at       Mississippi; and further, the Court finds that should the house be sold, Plaintiff and Defendant are each entitled to one half of the equity in said home. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendant shall be required to pay the following debts and obligations when and as due: a) The mortgage payment, taxes and insurance on the marital domicile; b) The boat payment plus insurance on said boat and since said boat payment is withheld from Plaintiff's paycheck, Defendant should reimburse Plaintiff on or before the 1st day of each month the amount of said boat payment. Defendant is awarded the sole temporary use and possession of said boat and is therefore made responsible for any expenses or repairs incurred while the boat is in his/her possession; c) The loan at       Bank in the approximate amount of       Dollars ($       ). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff shall pay the Access Loan in the approximate amount of       Dollars ($       ) to       Bank on a temporary basis. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff shall be awarded to sole temporary possession of all other personal property not specifically mentioned in this order, including the [PET] named “       ”. Plaintiff agrees that said [PET] will reside wherever he/she resides and that he/she will not dispose of said [PET]. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff shall return on (1) wire chicken and Defendant's clothes that are in his/her possession directly to the Defendant. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the parties are to live separate and apart and are not to harass each other, and the parties shall not call each other at their places of employment.
