"Residential" includes a house or apartment. The specific damage is identified. The tenant is given 3 days to cure or suffer further action by the landlord, including termination of the lease. 3 Days Notice to Pay Rent or Lease Terminates for Residential Property from Landlord to Tenant - This form is used by the landlord to notify the tenant that the rent on the tenant's residential lease is overdue, and the lease will be terminated 3 days from the tenant's receipt of the notice unless the tenant pays in full. 7 Day Notice to Terminate Week to Week Lease - Residential from Landlord to Tenant - This form is for use by a landlord to terminate a week-to-week residential lease. "Residential" includes a house, apartment or condo.
