VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT. This agreement is entered into voluntarily, with each of the parties having read and approved the same upon his or her independent consideration of its terms and conditions. 12. EFFECTIVE DATE. It is the intent of the parties that this agreement become effective upon its approval by the District Court having jurisdiction over this proceeding for dissolution of marriage. 13. ENFORCEMENT. This agreement shall be made an integral part of any decree of dissolution of the marriage of the parties, and shall be enforceable by any method provided by law or equity.
