To perpetuate his/her fraud,       committed a series of actions designed to avoid       ’s inquiries including but not limited to sending the       ’s a purported dividend, Exhibit "E" incorporated by reference. 12. The Securities and Exchange Commission and the National Association of Securities Dealers have initiated investigations into this matter.
