Mutual Release of Obligations under Lease This Mutual Release Agreement is made and entered into on this the ____ day of ____________, 20____, by ____________________________, of ________________________________________________________ (street address, city, state, zip code) herein referred to as Lessor, and ____________________________ r of ________________________________________________________ (street address, city, state, zip code) , herein referred to as Lessee.
