Fill and Sign the Order and Notice of Reference to Family Master Mississippi Form

IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF       COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI       , A MINOR, BY       , FATHER/MOTHER AND NEXT FRIEND BY       , NEXT FRIEND VS.       ORDER AND NOTICE OF REFERENCE TO FAMILY MASTER This case, involving issues of paternity or child support, is hereby referred to the Family Master named herein below for hearing as docketed by the Court Administrator, pursuant to the Order appointing said Family Master. If the Family Master finds at the hearing or beforehand that he/she should also hear matters raised by the pleadings in addition to paternity or support, so as to avoid jeopardizing a child's welfare or to avoid prejudice, undue delay, unreasonable expense, or injustice to a party, he/she is hereby authorized and appointed to hear such additional matters, unless a party files an objection at or before the hearing. Before proceeding the Family Master shall require all parties present to sign a stipulation acknowledging this order, identifying any such additional matters, and waiving all requirements of M.R.C.P. 53 as to any such additional matters. Rule 53 M.R.C.P. will not apply to these hearings. The Family Master shall promptly report findings of jurisdiction and recommendations to the Chancellor in judgment form, dated and signed, including findings of fact and conclusions of law when required, all of which shall have temporary effect immediately and shall become the judgment of the Court nunc pro tunc upon approval by the Chancellor, subject to all rights of appeal.
