Therefore, the Court Orders:  The Motion is denied.  The party shall complete service by publication in a newspaper published in this county or as otherwise specified by the Court. Such publication shall be made once weekly for five successive weeks from the date of the Order.  The Clerk shall send by certified mail a copy of the process to each person whose address or last known address has been stated in the motion in accordance with §14-10-107(4), C.R.S.  The Clerk shall send the information to their local paper to be published by consolidated notice in accordance with §14-10-107(4), C.R.S. and shall post the process on their local bulletin board for 35 consecutive days.
