That to date, one claim has been probated against the estate by       in the amount of $       and that although no other claims have been filed, the time for the probating of such claims has not expired. That Petitioners are aware of other potential claims against the estate which, if properly probated, will amount to less than $       , and that other debts of the estate include an administrators fee and attorneys fees. 6.
