The court having considered said Petition, and having heard and considered the matter, finds that it has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter herein, and the Court further finds as follows: 1. On             ,       , this Honorable Court entered an Order Authorizing the Settlement of a Small Claim on behalf of       by and through his/her father/mother and next friend,       . Said Order was entered pursuant to a settlement regarding a motor vehicle accident in which       was a passenger and suffered injuries as a result of said accident. 3. A recent high school graduate       is currently       years of age and is need of the funds on deposit at       such that he/she can purchase an automobile for his/her use and apply the remainder of the funds towards his/her education at       . 6. Petitioners have had to employ counsel,       of the law firm       in an effort to expedite this matter, and it is their desire that counsel be reimbursed from said funds in the amount of $       plus expenses. 7. Petitioners have prayed that this Court dispense with a final accounting in this matter, as all funds will be used for the purposes herein stated.
