PARENT-CHILD DATING CONTRACT This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this       day of       , 20       , by and between       ,       (hereinafter referred to as PARENT(s)) and       , (hereinafter referred to as CHILD) who reside at       in the state of       for purposes of establishing curfew. WHEREAS, CHILD will date only on Friday and Saturday nights and shall be in the house at the aforementioned address by       pm. WHEREAS, CHILD shall permit PARENT(s) an opportunity to meet and speak with all dates prior to the actual engagement. WHEREAS, CHILD shall inform PARENT(s) of the time, date, and place of the engagement. Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the material promises set forth below the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. This Agreement is comprised of this document and shall incorporate any amendments, provided they are properly written and executed as provided herein. The terms of this Agreement shall control over any conflicting terms contained in ancillary documents. 2. This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and shall continue in full force and effect until       20       . 3. CHILD shall abide by the terms of the contract and shall not be given any privileges until such compliance. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. 4. Revision or renegotiation is based upon CHILD’S progress. CHILD will earn more or fewer privileges based on behavior demonstrated throughout the course of this Agreement. 6. Should CHILD choose to break the terms of this Agreement then the following sanctions will apply: a. First time infraction-       b. Second time infraction-       c. Third time infraction-       AN INFRACTION MEANS MISSING CURFEW BY:       minutes or failing to allow time for PARENT (S) to meet the date, or failing to inform PARENT (S) that CHILD is planning an engagement. Any time prior to the number of minutes late is considered a grace period and will be taken into consideration when renegotiating this Agreement. 7. PARENT (S) agrees to note any instances of good behavior and grant privileges accordingly.
