PARENT-CHILD DOMESTIC RULES CONTRACT This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this       day of       , 20       , by and between       ,       (hereinafter referred to as PARENT(s)) and       , (hereinafter referred to as CHILD) who reside at       in the state of       for purposes of establishing a set of house rules for CHILD family members. WHEREAS, CHILD acknowledges that certain chores need to be done to keep the home clean and running smoothly. WHEREAS, CHILD acknowledges that it is difficult for PARENT (S) to keep the home free from problems without all members of the family contributing equally. Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the material promises set forth below the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. This Agreement is comprised of this document and shall incorporate any amendments, provided they are properly written and executed as provided herein. The terms of this Agreement shall control over any conflicting terms contained in ancillary documents. 2. This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and shall continue in full force and effect until       20       . 3.
