PARENT-CHILD SOCIAL ACQUAINTANCE CONTRACT This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this       day of       , 20       , by and between       ,       (hereinafter referred to as PARENT(s)) and       , (hereinafter referred to as CHILD) who reside at       in the state of       for purposes of maintaining good social acquaintances. WHEREAS, CHILD acknowledges that there are certain people who influence said CHILD in a negative manner. WHEREAS, CHILD will neither call nor see such people, who are defined below.
