The bank would be obligated to pay any funds to that agent. 2. Compliance with state law, order of my bank or the bank regulations regarding trust, and federal and state tax laws. 3. Compliance with all applicable laws in my home state or out of state in which I may be present. 4. Compliance with all applicable laws as to any other agent or employee of that bank and his relationship with that bank. I further agree that I will: 1. Keep such information as required by my agency confidential and that I will not share such information with anyone but my employees, except as required by law. 2.
