WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Petitioner prays that his/her Petition be received and filed; that upon a hearing hereof, the Court will authorize Petitioner to bring a suit for damages and injuries caused to said minor; and will approve said contingent fee contract, with the final amount of attorney's fees subject to approval by the Chancery Court after the case is completed. ORDER AUTHORIZING SUIT AND APPROVING CONTINGENT FEE CONTRACT THIS DAY this cause having come on for hearing on Petition for Authority to Bring Suit and Approval of Contingent Fee Contract, and the Court having heard and considered said Petition and the evidence introduced in support thereof finds as follows, to-wit: 1. That Petitioner, [guardian] , the natural [relation] of the minor herein was appointed Guardian of the Estate of [minor] , a minor and Letters of Guardianship were issued to him/her on the day of , 20 ; and 2.
