That _______________ inherited from her late husband, _______________ , the remaining undivided interest in said property. That the Estate of _______________ was administered in Cause No. ______ of this Honorable Court. 3. That Petitioner initially received an offer to purchase said real property from one _______________ , and this Court authorized the sale of said property to said _______________ by Order dated ______ ___ , 20 ___ . However, said _______________ failed to fulfill his offer to purchase said property and no longer desires to purchase same. 4. That Petitioner has received an offer to purchase said real property from _______________ and _______________ of ______ , Mississippi. Your Petitioner believes that the said offer to purchase, as set out in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof, reflects the true value of said property and is the best price for same available and that it would be in the best interest of the estate to sell said land and property to _______________ and _______________ of ______ , Mississippi, according to the terms as set out in Exhibit "B" and to give a Purchase Money Warranty Deed for the said land and property. 5. That the proceeds from the sale of said land and property can be invested and yield a greater benefit to _______________ than can said land and property which is presently unoccupied and non-income producing. 6.
