That the suspension of the Petitioner's driving privilege for the ninety (90) day period constitutes a hardship on the Petitioner for the following specific reasons: (a) The Petitioner does not have any relative or friend who can provide dependent transportation to and from his/her work. (b) The Petitioner will lose his/her employment at       if he/she has no means of transportation to attend work. (c) The Petitioner's income is dependent upon his/her ability to drive, therefore, the Petitioner will suffer a severe financial loss and hinder his/her ability to provide himself/herself with the necessities of life and meet financial obligations as and when they arise. (d) That the longer the Petitioner's driving privilege is suspended, the hardship becomes more profound.
