OR  The Petitioner is under the age of sixteen (16) and:  Has the consent of each parent capable of giving consent, OR  Has the consent of his or her guardian, OR  The Petitioner’s parents are not living together and the Petitioner has the consent of his legal custodian or the parent with whom he/she is living with.
