This request is not made for any illegal or fraudulent reason.10.The Court finds that it has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of the Complaint. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact, the court concludes as a matter of law that the plaintiff is entitled to a Final Decree of Divorce from the defendant on the ground of living separate and apart for six (6) uninterrupted months without cohabitation, with a separation agreement, pursuant to the Code of Virginia, Title 20, Chapter 6, Section 20-91.
