The undersigned parties for themselves and their clients do hereby agree that the identity of any real estate licensees whose records have been reviewed or secured under subpoena or otherwise in the above referenced cause shall be held in strict confidence by all parties and the identity of these persons shall not be made during the course of this matter or thereafter. 2. Any party hereto may move the Court to modify this Order, but no such motion shall be entertained unless counsel shall have previously met and conferred concerning all disputed issues. The moving party shall certify in its Motion that this provision has been complied with and shall advise the Court as to the outcome of the conference of counsel. 3. Any party hereto knowing or believing that any other party is in violation or intends to violate this Order may move the Court for an Order to Show Cause seeking to hold that party in contempt of Court and seeking such other relief as may be appropriate to the circumstances. Pending disposition of the motion by the Court, the party alleged to be in violation of or intending to violate this Order shall discontinue the performance of and shall not undertake the performance {any actions alleged to constitute a violation of this Order.
