RELEASE The undersigned desires to participate in a fencing club and practice, and participate in, the sport of fencing (hereafter A fencing activities @ ) on the campus of ___________________ in ___________, ____________. In consideration of being allowed to participate in said fencing activities on the campus of said College, the undersigned does hereby release and discharge _________________, and all its officers, faculty members, staff, officers, trustees, and employees from any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have, or which may subsequently accrue to me as a result of my participation in said fencing activities, and I do hereby promise to use all prudent safety precautions while participating in said fencing activities.
