Renunciation of Legacy I, ________________________ (Name of Beneficiary) , for value received, renounce for myself and my heirs, legatees, devisees, and legal representatives, any and all claims on my part that any of the property described in the inventory and appraisement on file in the Estate of ________________________ (Name of Decedent) , deceased, belongs to me or should have been left to me by the Last Will of the Deceased or that I have any interest in or right to other than under the Will. I agree for myself and my heirs, legatees, devisees, and legal representatives that all property described in the inventory and appraisement belonged to the Deceased and is properly distributable in accordance with _______ (his/her) Will.
