RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OFEMINENT DOMAIN ACTION AGAINST 1~ WHEREAS, the City of , Mississippi is in the process of preparing to construct a roadway within the City; and WHEREAS, fee simple title and an utility easement to certain property is re quired to construct said roadway across property of certain property owners within the City; and WHEREAS, owns certain property within the right-of-way of said roadway said property being more particularly described as follows: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT " " WHEREAS, the City has been unable to negotiate a purchase of said property; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the fee simple title and an utility easem ent be taken by eminent domain pursuant to Miss Code Ann. Section 11-27-1 et. seq. (1972); and WHEREAS, the City has the power to use the "Quick Take" procedures of the Mississippi Code and the filing of an eminent domain action by the "Quick Take" procedures authorized by Miss. Code Ann Section 11-27-81 et. seq. should be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of , Mississippi as follows: That , are hereby authorized to institute on behalf of the City of an Eminent Domain action pursuant to Miss.
